Our Debt Recovery Experts - “Meet the Team”
Bethany Wetherby-Green
Beth joined Curtis Law in June 2015, moving from a Nelson firm to join the team at our Witton Park head office. Working initially within the RTA team, she assisted in litigated personal injury claims and moved in to our Debt Recovery department in February 2016.
Beth has quickly become a key member of the Debt Recovery team, focusing on bringing in new working practices to streamline the service available to our business clients when pursuing unpaid debts.
As well as her experience dealing with contested commercial debt recovery matters, Beth also advises landlords in residential tenancy disputes and represents companies in litigated business-to-business disputes.
Beth is recently engaged and lives in Blackburn with her fiancée and new Lhasapoo puppy.
Iain Blundell
Iain joined Curtis Law in 2016, bringing further expertise to our expanding Litigation Department. He is an experienced Solicitor with a background of working successfully across the wide ranging Civil Litigation / Dispute Resolution area.
Iain now specialises in Landlord and Tenant disputes and commercial Debt Recovery, acting for a number of businesses across Lancashire and speaking at various landlord groups in the region. He also chairs a local business network group.
Iain is able to offer free initial consultations and, wherever possible, is pleased to work on an agreed fixed fee basis.
Iain studied at the University of Central Lancashire in Preston, and worked in Preston and Blackpool before joining the Curtis Law team in Blackburn. Away from work, Iain enjoys many sports and regularly participates in charity challenge events (having trekked, cycled, ran and fire-walked for local good causes). He also enjoys spending time with his young family.
