On the 27, 28 and 29 March 2018 the High Court permitted a Group Litigation Order to me made to allow the claims to be progressed.
What is a Group Litigation Order?
It is a Court Order that allows a group/collection of claims to be brought together with shared/common interests – it allows for the ease of management of claims where there can be thousands, if not more, Claimants. A Register of Claimants is created and to be included in the Litigation you must be on the Register.
